Had to do one of my macro flowers ...for the 30 paintings in 30 day challenge. Using only transparent paints, this one is Perm Rose, Cobalt Blue, Quin Gold.
AND OMGawd! I believe the 'mystery fruit' below is Papaya...
How could I not know that... ????Someone suggested that, and I googled and there it was.... sorry Papaya.

DeleteOh BJ - I so love those Macro flowers - these are three of my favorite colors to paint with as well. You are certainly forgiven for not knowing about the fruit being Papayas - I just know your painting was beautiful. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteYes, probably papaya, mine don't grow quite like that but I'm sure there is more than one variety. Very pretty pink flower, nice clean colors. I think we're going to make it BJ!

Lovely, Lovely, and Lovely. It is so difficult painting with transparent watercolors and you have made it look easy. Really nice BJ, thank you for telling us with the mystery fruit is, I have to test my husband and see if he knows,he love shopping for different fruits at Christmas.
