Wanting to do a series of fruits and veggies to mat and frame for my kitchen.. Found these on Wet Canvas .. I need one more... maybe a red pepper for a series of three. I've also taken the bold step of signing in RED.
BJ, love these, again you are an inspiration. What a great idea, to a series of fruits and veggies. I am sure they will sell, these are lovely. Keep them coming BJ.
Love the light on the tops of the cherries (3 seems just right to me!)--it really makes them look "real." And bravo to you for trying an artichoke: I was thinking of it but too daunted by the overlapping leaves!
Love the light on the cherries--it really makes them! And brava on the artichoke--they're so complicated. The red signature is brilliant!! Maybe something yellow or orange next?
Hello Barbra. Your fruit and veggies series is a good idea! I like the bold red signature. It works well. These will look lovely in any kitchen. Thanks also for your visit to my blog and your encouraging words. Yes, we do miss our furry babies don'e we when they are gone. I think of the Pauloman all the time. Hope you are doing well there Barbara. Great to see you painting. :)
I'm an artist painting my way through this journey called life.. Watercolor and pencil are my main mediums and I'm honored to have won awards for my work in both.
The destination is not so important as the daily trek in trying to get there.

Very nice. The bold red signature works with your lovely signature. Consider eggplant and Brussels sprouts

ReplyDeleteLady in Red! that should be your signature! I vote for a tomato! Anything you choose will be a great pick.
ReplyDeleteOoh, I do love both of these, BJ! Not only are the paintings themselves wonderful, but the taste is also exquisite!!
