CATCH UP TIME!
I think Google has fixed the problem with uploading photos.
So posting a few that I've done this week. Painting even a small one every day has done some good for me both in my skills and mentally. Following Diana's advice I know she picks up that brush just about every day, that's why she's so good ... Trying to catch up with you D. BJ

I totally agree, BJ, we must paint everyday! and it's soooo good! Both watercolours are beautiful, I dont know which I like best!
ReplyDeleteDear BJ - such great advise about picking up the brush everyday. Your art shows that too. I love both paintings- the morning dove or pigeon is my favorite because I just love birds and this is absolutely so sweet. Have a great day my friend. Hugs Debbie
ReplyDeleteOh BJ! These are both beautiful and your love of all animals comes through in the bird painting. I'd also love to own this darling home surrounded by beauty as it is. Your skills were already there, in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could paint every day! If I could, I would! Your paintings are lovely Barbra :0)
ReplyDeleteYour paintings are wonderful. I love the dove as I am a big bird lover.I love the doves cooing sound, so peaceful.
ReplyDeleteThank you BJ for the nice comments.. that is so sweet and yes I do pick up my brush everyday to paint. I love it so much. These are beautiful BJ. love to you and sending you a hug, my dear friend, Diana
ReplyDeleteTwo very stunning paintings. Amazing. You are a master with watercolour.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your comments.
ReplyDeleteThese are not large but even small 8x10's keep that brush moving... BJ
Gorgeous paintings, both. The Dove is fabulous and I love the colours in the second one. I thought you said you couldn't do buildings because you don't do straight lines. You're wrong ... this is super. ;)
ReplyDeleteHello Barbra Joan:) Oh how lovely that bird is on his nest. And so beautiful painted. Like John said: the houses are beautiful Especially with the loose foreground you made it a beautiful painting. Great job:)
