It is a sweet little scene, and I know your feeling about it, BJ. I finished a painting yesterday and I keep looking at it, thinking what is not right about it. I'd really like to do it again. Sigh.

Looks great to me just as it is, but if YOU think it needs a darker background, then it needs a darker background. We need to be happy about these things ourselves, right? ;)

Hello Barbra Joan:) I don't know exactly what has to be re-done? I love it as it is now! The face from the girl on the right is so gorgeous. Lovely painting:)
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty children in those lovely outfits. It would be a pity if you didn´t like the painting. And you know what...I believe it would look great with darker suroundings. It would be good for the light clothes. I think that you are in to something reall nice. Hang on to that idea. Go for it.
