    I don't like the "never" word.
    You've done a good job on this - and there are painters who make a living from "drippy" paintings! Don't be so hard on yourself.
    Give it a few months and try again and I bet you'll love the new version. Every piece we paint, we learn. And others see the beauty we sometimes can't.

    I'm really pleased you painted this Fuchsia BJ, and you've done a brilliant job. Colour mixing is like rocket science to me but you've captured these colours perfectly. Superb!!

    You're being too hard on yourself BJ! I keep having a little go at floral painting but my leaves look like out of date lettuce and the petals look absolutely dreadful and I do mean dreadful lol. I'm going to leave it to the expert ;)
