I was too late to post on the Rookie Painter, but did a few of the challenges anyway.  I have some projects planned but my mind is on other things.  I have always had to paint with a clear head, and when is that you ask?    BJ

  1. I like your version! And in my opinion it works the other way around: painting makes your head clear!

  3. I would certainly not describe you as a 'rookie' painter! It's lovely! I hope all is well with you? :0)

  4. There is always such a clean purity to your work, sweetie. I love it! This reminds me of anticipation of relaxation, such as when you finish the dishes. The strawberries are the treat to be enjoyed! I too seem to need a clear head to paint, little to no worries crushing in on me. Doesn't happen often.

  5. Barbra love your painting. There is nothing rookie about your art. Makes me want to get done with the dishes and have a bowl of berries with a bit of sugar sprinkled on top.
