I had little problems with word verification, but I have removed it from my blog too! I love your little button!

ReplyDeleteLast week I tried to change how comments are presented in my blog, I think I selected the 'pop up window.' But I realized after a few days that it asked words verification which I had also some problem to recognize. So I removed it and changed to my previous comments box which does not ask word verification.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you totally! I hate it! I've never had it on my own blog and I have only ever had one bit of spam in three years - and even then, I only had to press delete! I have often given up on commenting on those blogs with the verification thing :0)

I think we're on the same off-step of that drumbeat. Love this painting and I can easily see your point. I don't have the comment verifications either and I also have never had a problem. I've heard others say they get lots of spam when they take off the verifications. I never have had any.

ReplyDeleteI get totally frustrated with it. Almost impossible to read. I solved the problem with comments coming to me first and not accepting any anonymous comments. Really no problems at all.
