Sketches


 I've not been up to serious painting, so just posting a few quick pen and ink sketches from my sketch book. And that is all I've been able to do in the past weeks.

  1. Hi Barbra. I have been absent for a long while now and thought i would see what you are up to. These sketches are delightful and fun. I used to sketch a lot but have forgotten about it till now! Thanks for posting. I must dig out my sketch kit. Hope you are well my friend. :)

  2. Your sketches are lovely. The boot groups are the cheeriest and fun looking. I hope you do a larger one. The image would make nice note cards.

  9. BJ, it's okay, each one of these sketches are wonderful. Sometimes it is so important just to sketch. It opens the door to creativity without the pressure. Have fun sketching each and everyone are complex subjects and you have done a great job. Enjoy

  10. I like them all. They are serios enough for me! Any of them would be good for larger paintings. It sure is better than doing nothing, which is the boat I'm in right now.

  12. I love your sketchbook. I too have had no time to just paint.I plan on making some changes next , not saying yes to everything. Hibernating so I can paint.
