Conch Cottage #2

Still working and learning on landscapes/seascapes.
What constitutes a series?  3?, 5?  I sure wish I'd taken more photos of the Bahamas and Nassau when I was there.
One of the most colorful places I've visited was Key West, Fl. The most southeastern tip of the U.S. and they have the sign to prove it.
Everything you've heard is true. LOL! People, places, and things.

  3. Both you and Debbie Nolan have a similar soft touch that I just adore. I think this is beautiful, BJ. You truly sold yourself short on the landscape/seascape ability. I think you do stellar pieces in that genre.

  4. Dear BJ - I love this - you are on a roll now - landscapes just may be your new favorite thing to paint...love those blue skies and palm trees (you've inspired me to go out and paint my rolling hills and corn-LOL) - that is what constitutes a landscape in my part of the world. Have a beautiful day. Hugs

  7. Barbra this is awesome! I like the light you have captured very much. Reminds me somewhat of a John Lovett painting whose work i admire a great deal. Thank you for visiting my blog the other day and for your always fabulous comments. I am so glad you liked my letter to a friend. Happy painting!

  8. Barbra Joan, as always your paintings are beautiful and suit your gentle personality. Love the cottages, the land, the sea. Keep doing them!

I'm back home so I will be doing more art.
